Aspen Dental is seeking a Lead Dentist / Managing Clinical Director in Missouri for a full-time role. You will lead a patient-centric team, perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose conditions, and present treatment options while maintaining high professional standards.

The position includes organizational collaboration to meet financial objectives and opportunities to mentor staff. The practice offers a robust learning program, flexible scheduling, ownership paths through the Practice

Salary: $200000 - 300000+ per year

You'll achieve success by:

• Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership

Qualifications:

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
