Aspen Dental is seeking a lead dentist to join as Managing Clinical Director in Oklahoma. This full‑time position focuses on exceptional patient care while we handle the business and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team while respecting clinical judgment.

• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with Operations to attain financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals.
• Stay abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices.

Salary: $300000 – 450000 / Year
