Aspen Dental is seeking a lead dentist for the Managing Clinical Director role in a full-time position. You will focus on delivering exceptional patient care while Aspen handles business and administrative tasks, supported by back-end teams.

Expected salary ranges from $300,000 to $450,000 with signing incentive and relocation stipend; extensive clinical leadership, profit-sharing opportunities, and opportunities to own your practice through the Ownership Program are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Demonstrated leadership of a patient-centric team.
• Mentor and coach dentists and staff to maintain clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.

You’ll achieve success by:

• Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
• Assuming excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism

• Offering treatment planning options and discussing them with patients

• Maintaining an awareness of the budget and working in conjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives

Qualifications:

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
