Responsibilities:

• Lead a patient-centric team respecting clinical judgment and leadership
• Ensure excellent quality of care adhering to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Discuss treatment planning options with patients
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments efficiently
• Maintain awareness of the budget and collaborate with the Operations team to meet financial objectives

Additional Duties:

• Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
• Stay updated with new developments in dentistry through continued education
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental practices in the community
