Job summary

42North Dental in Massachusetts is hiring a full-time Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to treatment planning and delivery of care. You will work within a practice offering in-house specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, serving a strong flow of new patients each month.

The role requires a DDS/DMD, an active state license, CPR/BLS, Hepatitis B vaccination, and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license in good standing.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage in place.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Review and update patient dental records and x-rays.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and monitor growth of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated with new developments and continuing education.
