Job summary

42North Dental in Massachusetts is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice, delivering high‑quality care and creating treatment plans to maintain oral health.

You will educate patients on options, review records, interpret diagnostics, and collaborate with a network of doctors, while benefiting from ongoing CE and mentorship.

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $125,000 USD annually.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients; maintain ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and standard of care through CE courses.
