Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice.
• Vaccination documentation for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification valid.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests, monitor growth and development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care, and perform procedures as needed.
