Job summary

42North Dental in Massachusetts seeks a licensed Dentist (DMD or DDS) to lead the patient experience from exam to treatment delivery. You will work in a multi-specialty practice including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics, delivering high-quality care to a steady flow of new patients.

Responsibilities include diagnosing conditions, creating treatment plans, educating patients, and maintaining comprehensive records while upholding professional ethics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
• Educate patients on treatment options and oral care.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review X-rays and diagnostic tests to support diagnoses.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws as needed.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental procedures.
• Perform surgical procedures related to teeth and oral tissues.
• Uphold high standards of clinical care and professional ethics.
