Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is seeking a Dentist in Indianapolis, IN to provide comprehensive preventive, restorative, and surgical dental care as part of an integrated healthcare team.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals to expand access to oral healthcare for the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental education program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Indiana.
• Current DEA registration.
• Clear of felony convictions or disqualifying charges.
• Complete pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Background screening as required by Damar.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive, restorative, and surgical dental care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on oral health needs.
• Collaborate with medical, behavioral health, nursing, and other teams.
• Supervise Dental Hygienist and contribute to service growth.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate referrals.
