Job summary

MRG Exams is seeking a Dentist to perform disability assessments for U.S. Veterans in West Virginia. You will review electronic records, conduct in-person evaluations, and document findings for VA forms. This role does not involve treatment or prescribing medications.

Schedule: 1 day per week or a few days per month. Location: in-person, WV. Malpractice insurance is provided, with training and ongoing support. Competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• DDS, DMD, or OS degree required.
• Active West Virginia license to practice dentistry.

Job description

Dentist – Veteran Disability Assessments

We are seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our team in performing medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. In performing Disability Assessments, you will review health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and perform an assessment in-person on each Veteran.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.
• Review and analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
• Accurately document exam findings and complete the required VA forms.

Note: This role does not involve treatment or prescribing medication. Disability determinations are made by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), not by the provider.

• Schedule: 1 day/week or a few days/month
• Location: In-person role.
• Equipment Provided: Computer and all necessary tools for documentation.
