Job summary

42 North Dental in Montoursville, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to manage the patient experience from initial exam through treatment delivery, including in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

The position offers up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a daily guarantee or 36% of collections. Benefits include health, dental, vision, a 401K plan, and CE opportunities through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards.
