Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Montoursville, PA. You will oversee the patient experience from exam through treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Expect a 4- to 5-day work week from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections and a sign-on bonus up to 20,000 USD. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for continuing education via Harvard Rounds Network and

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
