We are seeking a Dentist to join our clinics. The Dentist will perform dental treatments and instruct patients on preventive and after-care procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Perform dental procedures in accordance with guidelines from the Department of Health and Human Services and the Public Health Service.
2. Provide a full range of dental services, including examinations, diagnosis, restorations, local anesthesia, extractions, pulp therapy, infection treatment, and limited crown and bridge work.
3. Consult with specialists on complex cases and document all referrals and treatments.
4. Prescribe and dispense medications as appropriate.
5. Manage patients with behavioral challenges effectively.
6. Supervise and review dental staff, including assistants and hygienists.
7. Maintain accurate and timely patient charts for audits.
8. Participate in quality improvement programs and policy development.
9. Oversee clinic operations in the absence of the Director.
10. Engage in quality assurance and practice evaluation activities.
11. Implement corrective actions based on review findings.
12. Contribute to staff training and education sessions.
13. Provide translation services when capable.
14. Attend meetings and participate in clinic activities.
15. Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous, quality care.
16. Adhere to policies, standards, and codes of conduct.
17. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD Degree and a valid Washington State Dentist License.
