Job summary

42 North Dental in Enfield, CT seeks a Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice. You’ll deliver comprehensive care from exams and treatment planning to delivery, with in-office specialty support including periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

Earn up to 36% of collections, with 4–5 days per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. A sign-on bonus up to $20K is available for qualified candidates, plus extensive benefits and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education
