Experience is needed in diagnosis and treatment planning, restorative care, uncomplicated endodontics, oral surgery, periodontal treatment and fixed and removable prosthodontics. The Dental Center is primarily an NC Medicaid office with some private insurance and self-pay. This position is ideal for a self-directed individual who can work independently and provide services to a diverse population. Collaboration with dental hygienists on the team is essential.
The clinic operates 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 7:30 am to 11:30 am on Friday.
Graduation from an approved school of dentistry, with either a DDS or DMD.
Must be licensed by the North Carolina Dental Board (NCDB).
Annual continuing education equivalent to 15 credits per year is required.
Biannual CPR certification is required.
