• Daily guarantee starting at $800/day and percentage of production based on skills and experience

About This Office

• Located at 67 NJ-36, West Long Branch, NJ 07764
• Schedule: Part-time 3-4 days/week, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, with optional Saturdays (2 per month)

What you'll bring to the team

• Clinical Expertise: Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures. Perform routine exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
• Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs. Educate patients on options for informed decisions.
• Patient Care: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, addressing concerns and creating a comfortable environment.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Work with dental assistants, hygienists, and staff to ensure smooth operations. Guide treatment protocols and best practices.
• Adherence to Protocols: Follow clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures. Implement referral guidelines as needed.

What we require you to have

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited school
• Active, unrestricted dental license
• Proficiency in routine dental procedures
