Dental Dreams is actively seeking both full-time and part-time dentists for the Washington, DC area. The practice offers complete autonomy over treatment planning and a mentorship-rich environment with experienced clinicians, in a fully digital, paperless office.

Applicants should have a DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. program and hold or pursue a dental license. Compensation ranges from $300,000 to $350,000+ with a $25,000 sign-on bonus and generous benefits.

Compensation

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee
• Up to $25,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Current average compensation for this practice ranges from $300,000–$350,000+
