Job summary

Dental Dreams is seeking a dental associate to join a dentist-owned practice in Virginia with a full patient schedule and a modern, digital office. You will have autonomy over treatment planning and mentorship from experienced clinicians.

The current average compensation ranges from $300,000-$350,000+ per year with a $50,000 sign-on bonus; flexible schedules include full-time, part-time, or Saturdays. Health, vision, malpractice coverage and family dental are provided.

Qualifications

A current or future dental license is required.
DDS/DMD in Dentistry from an accredited US dental program.

Responsibilities

Complete autonomy over treatment planning.
Mentoring by top-rated, experienced clinicians.
