Dental Dreams LLC in Richmond, Virginia seeks dentists with DDS/DMD and an active or clear-license path. You will have autonomy over treatment planning, mentor by experienced clinicians, and manage a full patient schedule in a modern, fully digital, paperless office.

Compensation includes a generous package with a sign-on bonus up to $25,000 and a current average compensation of $300,000–$350,000+ annually.

• DDS/DMD from an accredited US dental program.

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee

• The current average compensation for this practice ranges from $300,000-$350,000+
