Job summary

West Springfield Dental Arts is seeking a full-time General Dentist with 5+ years of clinical experience to join our established family practice. You’ll provide comprehensive dentistry with autonomy and mentorship, supported by modern technology and a collaborative team.

We offer a guaranteed earnings pathway starting at $250,000+ with potential to grow through collections, a Doctor Development Plan, and benefits including health, 401(k), and paid malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License required.
• Competency in restorative procedures, extractions (simple and surgical), crown & bridge, endodontics, iTero scanning.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dentistry with clinical autonomy and exceptional patient care.
• Collaborate with leadership and team to maintain high standards and patient trust.
• Mentor and support junior staff as part of the Doctor Development Plan.
