My Community Dental Centers is seeking a Dentist to join our mission-driven team in Michigan. The role offers a production-based pay structure with strong earning potential, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday-Friday schedule in a patient-centered practice.

Join us at 28 centers statewide to provide high-quality dental care, build personalized treatment plans, and lead clinical teams while adhering to safety standards and HIPAA/OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: A Dental Degree (DDS or equivalent) from an accredited School of Dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans and deliver high-quality care using advanced technology (Dandy digital scanners, Overjet AI).
• Provide clinical leadership, communicate clearly, support your team and foster a collaborative care environment.
• Adhere to dental board regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic protocols for safety and quality of care.
