Job summary

Dental Dreams LLC is seeking a dentist to join our dentist-owned practice with over 20 years serving the community. We provide care from a dentist’s perspective and support the delivery of high-quality dentistry.

You will have autonomy over treatment planning, mentoring by experienced clinicians, and a fully digital, paperless office. The role offers a stable daily minimum, a sign-on bonus up to $25,000, and strong earning potential.

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee
• Up to $25,000 Sign-on Bonus
• The average compensation for this practice ranges from $275,000-$315,000+
