Position Overview

The Senior Dentist will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive oral health care system for NARA. The Dental Director will provide leadership in developing and implementing collaborative and integrated services in a culturally appropriate manner. Additionally, the Dental Director will supervise all dental staff and work closely with the Dental Manager to manage dental operations.

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an ADA-accredited college or university.
  • Valid license to practice dentistry issued by the State of Oregon.
  • Ability to obtain a Controlled Substance Registration Certificate.
  • At least three years of dental clinic or professional experience.
  • Oregon Nitrous Oxide endorsement (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
  • One year of management experience is required.
