Emergency Dental of America is looking for a skilled, compassionate, and experienced Associate Dentist to join our dedicated team in Omaha, Nebraska. At our practice, we prioritize both patient comfort and high-quality care. We operate under a fee-for-service model that rewards productivity, with uncapped earning potential up to $300,000 annually. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, allowing you to deliver efficient, evidence-based treatment while practicing the way you were trained—no quotas, no micromanagement.
What You'll Do
As an Associate Dentist, you will:
- Provide a wide range of dental services, including diagnostics, preventive care, restorative procedures, surgical extractions, and molar endodontics
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans with a focus on patient education and long-term oral health
- Build trusted relationships with patients by delivering compassionate, judgment-free care—even in emergency situations
- Accurately document all patient encounters, charting treatment plans and procedures in compliance with state and HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with and lead a small, dedicated support team to ensure smooth clinical operations and outstanding patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on dental experience in a clinical setting
- An active dental license in the state of Nebraska in good standing
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Strong clinical proficiency in molar endodontics and surgical extractions
- Excellent communication and patient management skills—especially under pressure
- A commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous improvement
