Job summary

360care is seeking a compassionate General Dentist to provide care for geriatric and underserved communities. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you can enjoy a flexible schedule without evenings or weekends.

You will travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, delivering comprehensive dental care with support from trained dental assistants and full office support for scheduling and billing.

Qualifications

• Must be a Dentist DDS or DMD in good standing.
• Trained dental assistants provided to assist on all visits.
• Have compassion and empathy towards geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care including preventative dentistry.
• Document all procedures and treatment using the EMR system.

The Dental Care you provide gives the residents of the facilities we serve their dignity and quality of life!

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule.

Dentist Responsibilities:

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care in the areas of preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontic, and oral surgery.
• Properly document all procedures and treatment utilizing our EMR system.
• Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Provide supervision of Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist working as a team.

Qualifications

• State of the art portable equipment, instruments,and supplies
  • including theAsepticodelivery system with high and low speed hand pieces and suction, hand held X-ray camera (all our DA are certified to take the x-rays), Hand Held Digital Sensor for Digital Imaging, all standard surgical instruments and we use polyvinyl impression materials to take impressions
• All scheduling and billingarecompleted by 360Care
• Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
• Field supportand mentorshipfrom Clinical Director
