Job summary

360care is seeking a General Dentist to serve geriatric and underserved communities in Ohio. As an independent contractor, enjoy flexible scheduling, no evenings or weekends, and great compensation while providing quality dental care.

You will travel to various care facilities, documenting treatment with our EMR system and supervising dental assistants. We provide state-of-the-art portable equipment and full office support, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• We provide trained dental assistants to assist on all visits.
• Candidates must have a valid DDS or DMD and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventative dentistry and oral surgery.
• Document all procedures using our EMR system.

The Dental Care you provide gives the residents of the facilities we serve their dignity and quality of life!

Dentist Responsibilities:

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care in the areas of preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontic, and oral surgery.
• Properly document all procedures and treatment utilizing our EMR system.
• Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Provide supervision of Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist working as a team.

Qualifications

• Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
