360care is seeking a passionate General Dentist to provide care primarily for geriatric residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to select your workdays with no evenings or weekends required. As an independent contractor, you’ll focus on quality patient care without the burden of administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to patient care, ensuring that each resident receives the dignity and quality of life they deserve.

Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

Seeking a General Dentist with heart for the Geriatric and Underserved Communities!

The Dental Care you provide gives the residents of the facilities we serve their dignity and quality of life!

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule.

No evenings or weekends as we work around your availability.

Dentist Responsibilities:

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care in the areas of preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontic, and oral surgery.
• Properly document all procedures and treatment utilizing our EMR system.
• Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Provide supervision of Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist working as a team.

Qualifications

• Traineddental assistantsto assist on all visits
• State of the art portable equipment, instruments,and supplies
  • including theAsepticodelivery system with high and low speed hand pieces and suction, hand held X-ray camera (all our DA are certified to take the x-rays), Hand Held Digital Sensor for Digital Imaging, all standard surgical instruments and we use polyvinyl impression materials to take impressions
• All scheduling and billingarecompleted by 360Care
• Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
• Field supportand mentorshipfrom Clinical Director
