Pay information…

• Competitive daily rates starting at $800, depending on experience and clinical capabilities
• Minimum earning of 32% of production, based on experience and capabilities
• Opportunities for performance-based increases, including participation in the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay program that rewards increases based on clinical value created

About This Office…

• Location:
• 38110 Michigan Ave, Wayne, MI 48184 (3 days/week)
• 2360 East Stadium Blvd, Suite 14, Ann Arbor, MI 48104 (1-2 days/week)
• Schedule: Full-Time

What We Require You Have…
