Job description

United Dental Partners is seeking a three to four-day per week General or Pediatric Dentist for our practice, located in Merrillville, IN. The opportunity includes generous base salary, sign-on bonus, plus adjusted production bonus and robust benefits. This practice is a PPO/Medicaid practice.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• Valid IN state dental license
