Job summary

Merrillville Family Dentistry in Indiana is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team and help deliver high-quality, compassionate care. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of dental issues, perform procedures, educate patients, and maintain clear documentation.

We offer a flexible compensation model with a guaranteed base salary for the first six months or a higher percentage of collections, plus benefits like malpractice insurance, CE allowance, health coverage, and licensure

Qualifications

• Indiana licensure required.
• Experience in general dentistry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of dental issues; perform procedures including cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and implants as needed.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care; maintain clear clinical documentation for each patient treated.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality patient experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensure in the state of Indiana.

As an Associate Dentist, you will:

• Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases; provide services like cleanings, root canals, extractions, fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, and other oral care.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care; consult the owner if unsure about handling any patient care situations.
• Maintain clear and concise clinical notation and documentation for every patient treated.
