Job summary

Gentle Dental in Kent, WA, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team. The position offers sponsorship for H-1B, TN, and Green Card candidates and a compensation range between $150,000 and $400,000 based on production.

Schedule is 4-5 days per week, with one Saturday per month. The office provides in-house specialty support, comprehensive benefits, and relocation/license assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience required.
• Current WA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Compensation
• Percentage of production based on experience
• Guaranteed compensation in first 60 days
• Full time Dentist expected to make between $150,000 and $400,000

Schedule:

• 4-5 days a Week
• Monday, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 1 Saturday a month
