Job summary

Gentle Dental in Kent, WA is seeking a Full-time General Dentist to join our in-house team of board eligible or certified specialists. You will provide comprehensive dental care within a predominantly PPO practice and collaborate with our specialists to meet patient needs.

We offer a production-based compensation structure with a guaranteed start and range from $150,000 to $400,000, plus sponsorship options (H-1B, TN, Green Card) and relocation/license support.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience required.
• Accredited dental school graduate.
• Current WA State dental license (or ability to acquire by start).
• CPR, DEA, NPI licenses or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services within a predominantly PPO practice.
• Collaborate with in-house board eligible or certified specialists as needed.
• Maintain strong patient relationships and deliver high-quality care.

Position Details

• Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office
• Compensation
  • Percentage of production based on experience
  • Guaranteed compensation in first 60 days
  • Full time Dentist expected to make between $150,000 and $400,000

Schedule

• 4-5 days a Week
• Monday, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 1 Saturday a month
