Brightpoint Brand is looking for a Dentist responsible for providing administrative, operational, and dental services at the Dental Clinic in Inwood, New York. The Dentist will oversee the performance of dental staff and ensure quality care for patients.
Applicants must have a Doctor of Dental Surgery or Medicine degree, be licensed in New York, and have experience in HIV dentistry. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

The Dentist is responsible for administrative, operational and dental services provided at the Dental Clinic. In conjunction with the Vice President, Dental Services, the Dentist facilitates the development and implementation of systems, processes and standards of care for the patient population that are consistent with current evidence-based best practices, State and Federal statutes, funder’s requirements and health care trends. This position will manage the performance and productivity of dental providers and dental staff. Directs and supervises the dental clinic staff.

Doctor of Dental Surgery or Medicine and is licensed to practice in the state of New York. Experience in HIV dentistry. Bilingual English-Spanish preferred, but not required.Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with fellow healthcare providers. Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills required. Ability to maintain appropriate clinical privileges required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
