Qualifications
?Education: DDS|DMD from an accredited dental program.
?Licensure: Active Indiana dental license and DEA registration.
?Experience: 2+ years in clinical dentistry; hospital|public health experience preferred.
?Technical Skills: Expertise in restorative, surgical, and prosthetic procedures; proficiency with dental imaging and equipment maintenance.
?Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
?Perform initial|annual dental assessments and diagnose oral diseases.
?Conduct restorative, surgical, and preventive dental procedures.
?Fabricate|repair dentures, crowns, and bridgework.
?Educate patients|staff on dental hygiene and infection control protocols.
?Maintain and service dental equipment, including X-ray systems.
?Supervise, train, and evaluate dental support staff.
