25+ Year Established Yet Modern Practice Looking for Lead General Dentist with Diverse Clinical Skills
Salary: $180,000-- $350,000 average annual income, with unlimited earning potential.
Our Midtown Dentistry team is seeking a characterful, integrous lead dentist to join our team. With over two decades of experience and a forward-looking approach to development and success, our group upholds exceptional standards for clinical care and patient experiences. Led by Dr. Jonathan Penchas, with five offices throughout Houston, we emphasize collaboration, knowledge sharing, continuing education, and caring for our patients and team.
You will be a key clinical leader responsible for delivering superior service to patients and leading a team while maintaining high standards of patient care and staff morale. For the right candidate, partnership within the practice is an open discussion. Passive mentorship from Dr. Penchas, with ongoing communication, will be standard, while allowing autonomy in practice.
