LRH Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established family practice in Harrisburg, PA. We prioritize patient care and aim to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident chairside manner, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This position offers a stable and engaging environment with a dedicated support team and state-of-the-art facilities. It provides opportunities for clinical development through educational programs and a generous CE allowance.

About Our Practice

• Over 30 years in business
• Practitioners: 3 Dentists, 8 Hygienists
• Total chairs: 14
• Schedule: Part-time or full-time
• Annual revenue: $4.2 million
• Insurance mix: 80% PPO, 20% FFS
• Fully digital with advanced technology (iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT, Mouth-Watch intraoral camera, etc.)
• Specialty procedures: Invisalign & implants
• Average new patients per month: 20-30
