About Us:

The North Carolina Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NCAFCC) is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting clinics and mobile care units that serve the uninsured and underserved across North Carolina. Our Mobile Dental Unit brings essential dental services directly to communities in need—reducing barriers and improving oral health outcomes.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Contract Dentist to join our Mobile Dental Unit team operating in Charlotte and the surrounding area. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide meaningful care in a flexible, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

•Provide general dental services including exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, and extractions

•Work alongside dental assistants and hygienists to ensure quality and efficient care

•Maintain a respectful and compassionate environment for all patients
