Job summary

360care is seeking a General Dentist with heart for geriatric and underserved communities. The role is a 1099 independent contractor with travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, providing comprehensive dental care while maintaining dignity and quality of life for residents.

You will document all procedures in our EMR system, work with a team including Dental Assistants and Hygienists, and enjoy a flexible schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care including preventive, removable prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
• Document procedures accurately in our EMR system.
• Follow established standards and protocols.
• Supervise Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist as a team.

The Dental Care you provide gives the residents of the facilities we serve their dignity and quality of life!

Dental Responsibilities:

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care in the areas of preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontic, and oral surgery.
• Properly document all procedures and treatment utilizing our EMR system.
• Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Provide supervision of Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist working as a team.

• Ability to connect with geriatric patients with empathy and compassion
• Excellent eye for detail

Qualifications

We Provide:

• Trained Dental Assistant to assist on all visits
• State of the art portable equipment, instruments,and supplies
  • including theAsepticodelivery system with high and low speed hand pieces and suction, hand held X-ray camera (all our DA are certified to take the x-rays), Hand Held Digital Sensor for Digital Imaging, all standard surgical instruments and we use polyvinyl impression materials to take impressions
• All scheduling and billingarecompleted by 360Care
• Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
• Field supportand mentorshipfrom Clinical Director
