• Provide general dentistry care to patients.

• Manage a patient load of 8–10 patients per day (non-hygiene).

Job description

Our private practice in Edgewood, MD is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our established team! Ideal candidates should be proficient in “bread-and-butter” general care, with oral surgery experience considered a major plus. While experienced clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply, we are also happy to welcome a dedicated new graduate who hold themselves to a high standard and are excited to grow alongside our long-standing lead provider. Our goal is to find a long-standing provider who could eventually buy into the office alongside our lead provider.

Practice Highlights for the Dentist:

• PPO based Insurance Model
• Adult focused Practice (limited Peds)
• 15-20 New Patients per month
• 2 DA’s, 1 EFDA, 2 Hygienists
• Each provider sees 8-10 patients per day (non-hygiene)
• Modern Tech: iTero and Digital X-rays
• Average Monthly Production: $130K-$140K

Compensation for the Dentist:

• 30% of Collections (Negotiable)
• Associate Responsible for 50% of Lab Fees
• Future Equity Option
• CE Allowance
• Additional Benefits to be Discussed

Schedule of the Dentist:

• Part-Time (2 days/flexible)
• Monday (8:00-5:00)
• Tuesday (8:00-6:00)
• Wednesday (8:00-5:00)
• Thursday (8:00-4:00)
• Friday – Sunday (Closed)
• No on-call, Weekends, EX shifts.
