Job summary

ETS Dental in Bear, DE seeks a General Dentist to join a family-based practice with 20+ years in the community. Compensation includes a $1,000 daily guarantee for 3 months, 40% of NET production, 401K, CE allowance, malpractice coverage, and a $25,000 sign-on bonus with potential for future partnership. On-site staff and modern tech like iTero and CBCT support care.

Schedule: Mon off; Tue–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm; Sat off by 2:00pm; Sun off. Fee-for-service and PPO model with emphasis on adult patients.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive general dentistry skillset.
• Molar endo and implant placement (strong pref.).
• Clear aligner treatment experience (optional).
• Be willing to work 2 Saturdays per month – 1/2 Day.
• 1 full year of experience.
• Must hold an ACTIVE Delaware Dental License.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dental care to adults.
• Perform molar endo and implant placements (preferred).
• Operate on-site technology (iTero, CBCT) to aid diagnosis and treatment.

Requirements of the Dentist:

• Comprehensive General Skillset
• Molar Endo and Implant Placement (strong pref.)
• Clear Aligner Treatment Experience (optional)
• Be willing to work 2 Saturdays per month – 1/2 Day.
• 1 Full Year of experience
• Must hold an ACTIVE Delaware Dental License
