ETS Dental in Bowie, MD, seeks a Part-Time Associate Dentist with at least 1 year of experience to handle cosmetic, restorative, and preventive care. The practice operates Fee-for-Service and PPO, largely adults, with digital imaging and in-house equipment.

Our private office is looking to hire a Part-Time Associate Dentist in Bowie, MD! We are looking for a provider with a minimum of 1 year of experience who is proficient in, but not limited to, basic cosmetic, restorative, and preventative care.

Practice Highlights for the Dentist:

• Fee-for-Service and PPO model
• Mainly working with Adults (85%)
• See around 8-12 patients per day (non-hygiene)
• 3 DA’s and 3 Hygienists (all Full-time)
• CBCT, Trios, Fully Digital
• 30 minutes from D.C.

Compensation for the Dentist:

• 30-35% of Collections ($50K-$70K/month Production on avg.)
• Associate responsible for 30% of Lab Fees
• Limited Mentorship from Owner
• Potential equity option
