Eastern Dental is hiring a patient-focused Dentist to join our established, multi-specialty practice in New Jersey. The role offers a guaranteed hourly rate or a percentage of collections, whichever is higher, with a minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience required.

Qualifications

• DDS / DMD degree from an accredited U.S. Dental School.
• NJ State Dental License active in good standing.
• 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Ability to be credentialed with insurances and governmental insurance programs.
• Proficient in performing regular checkups and dental procedures.
• Required skills include critical thinking, decision making, active listening, complex problem solving.
• The ability to deliver a caring and supportive environment to patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide General Dentistry treatment and services to patients with clinically sound and compassionate care.
