ETS Dental in Easton, PA is seeking a General Dentist for a part-time (potentially full-time) position at our established private practice with a solid patient base. Schedule: 1–2 days/week, Monday–Thursday 9:00–5:00; Friday–Sunday are closed. Open to 2026 graduates and a comprehensive general skillset is required.

Compensation: 35% of collections, Medicaid ~60%, Fee-for-Service and PPO ~40%, with the office covering 60% of lab fees. Potential future equity/partnership.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree or candidate on track to graduate in 2026.
• Strong general dentistry skills with surgical ability.
• Experience with Medicaid and PPO is a plus.

Our private dental practice is seeking to add a Part Time (possibly Full Time) General Dentist to join our Easton, PA office. Our office has proudly served the Lehigh Valley for several years and is backed by an excellent support staff and established patient base.

Requirements of the Dentist:

• Comprehensive General Skillset
• Surgical Extractions and Perio
• Molar Endo and Implant Placement (strong pref.)
• Open to 2026 Graduates

Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:

• Medicaid (60%)
• Fee-for-Service and PPO (40%)
• 75% of Patient base is Adults
• Patients seen by Provider per day: ~15-20
• Annual Monthly Production Average: $70K
• On-site EFDA and several Hygienist
