ETS Dental in Lititz, PA seeks a full-time General Dentist dedicated to patient education and clinical excellence. Join a private practice with a supportive team and a focus on long-term patient relationships.

Immediate availability with a Monday–Thursday 9:00–7:00 and Friday 8:00–2:00 schedule; weekends off. Compensation includes 30% of collections, production bonus up to 33%, lab-fee coverage when using preferred labs, CE allowance, health insurance, vision, and 401K.

Join a well-established private dental practice in Lititz, PA that has proudly served the community for more than 13 years. We are seeking a Full-Time General Dentist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships. Our practice emphasizes patient education, clinical excellence, and a supportive team environment.

Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of clinical experience with average production numbers ~$80K/month!

Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Practice Highlights for the Dentist

• Completely Fee-for-Service and PPO
• Primarily Adult Patient Base (Less than 5% Peds)
• Providers see around 16 Patients per day (non-hygiene)

Compensation for the Dentist

• 30% of Collections Initially
