ETS Dental in Pottsville, PA is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team during a planned transition to retirement. The incoming provider will work alongside an experienced dentist to ensure a smooth hand-off and ongoing patient care.

This role is aimed at developing into a solo-provider position, with an emphasis on comprehensive in-house care for adults, using fee-for-service and PPO patient models in a modern, on-site technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in molar endodontics and oral surgery preferred.
• Prior clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Must be capable of transitioning with guidance during retirement planning.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the lead dentist during retirement transition.
• Provide comprehensive, in-house care for the majority of procedures.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and treatment quality.

Job description

Our family-oriented dental practice in Pottsville, PA is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. The incoming provider will work alongside an experienced dentist during a planned transition to retirement over the coming months. Candidates with prior clinical experience, particularly in molar endodontics and oral surgery, are strongly preferred.

This position is expected to evolve into a solo-provider role following the lead doctor’s retirement, with the goal of continuing to provide comprehensive, in-house care for the majority of procedures.

Practice highlights for the Dentist:

• Fee-for-Service (FFS) and PPO
• Family practice, mainly working with Adults
• 2 hours from Philadelphia, 1 hour from Allentown
• Modern Technology on-site

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

• $1,000 – $1,2000 Daily Guarantee (Experience Dependent)
• Quarterly Bonus (Based on Collection %)

Schedule of the Dentist:

• Monday & Tuesday (8:00-7:00pm)
• Wednesday & Thursday (8:00-5:00)
• Friday (8:00-1:00)
• No Weekends or On-Call
