Job summary

Dentologie in Chicago is seeking a full-time General Dentist to start this October, requiring at least one year of practice. The ideal candidate focuses on comprehensive dentistry and contributes positively to the employee culture in our modern, vibrant Gold Coast practice.

Compensation includes 32.5% adjusted net production with a $5,000 signing bonus (1 year experience), annual earnings around $254,000 in the first year, and $4,000 annual school loan relief.

Qualifications

• Active IL dental license and malpractice insurance.
• Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, thorough tx planning skills.
• Strong inter-personal and leadership qualities.
• Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient.
• Implant placement/advanced certification if placing implants or performing specialty work.
• Commitment to learning and adapting to Dentologie's environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes.
• Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities.
• Correct bite issues and overcrowding.
• Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners.
• Prescribe medications such as pain medications or antibiotics.
• Utilize tools to examine and treat teeth.
• Keep accurate records relating to the patient's oral health and the tx rendered to them.
• Manage positively and communicate with team to provide outstanding care to patients.
• Diagnose, tx plan, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestation of systemic diseases.
• Routine follow-up with patients via phone or email.

The Gold Coast Dentologie practice (digital, nine ops) is seeking a talented full-time General Dentist to start this October (at least one year of practice experience required).

The ideal dentist candidate is a skilled provider focused on providing excellent comprehensive dentistry and is a positive impact to the employee culture! Technology and equipment:

• Dentrix Ascend (Cloud Based)
• 2D: Dexis sensors. 3D: Dexis OP3D
• Scanning: iTero 5D Plus at all locations.
• Milling: Glidewell FastMill (Zirconia and hybrid options). 3D Printing: Glidewell FastPrint (Nightguards, retainers, etc)
• Chairs: DCI 5 series with built in electric motor for both restorative and endodontic procedures. Piezos built intoeach chair along with backup carts
• Restorative materials: Mostly Kerr brand. Burs: Kerr/Colten/SS White
• Clear Aligner brand: Invisalign. All retainers are exclusively Vivera
