Ideal Dental is a fast-growing clinician-led dental service organization offering a high-earning General Dentist role in a solo doctor practice with exceptional staff support, including a full-time hygienist. The position emphasizes clinical autonomy, ownership opportunities, and access to Invisalign and extensive CE.

• Assuming the quality of care for guests while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism
