Compensation ranges from 35-40% of collections with annual earnings of $250,000-$500,000, plus relocation assistance for qualifying candidates and leadership-track opportunities. Monday-Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-3, no weekends.

Our comprehensive dental office is looking to hire a Full-Time General Dentist to join our team in Millsboro, DE! This opportunity is supported by a long-standing patient base, clinical autonomy, and an excellent support from staff and network providers alike.

Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:

• Family Practice (PED’s to Seniors)
• FFS, PPO, and some Medicaid (25%)
• Scope: General, Cosmetic, Restorative, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Implant Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Sedation
• Clinical Autonomy and High-end Dental Technology
• Multi-Doc practice

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

• 35-40% of Collections (experience dependent)
• Annual Salary: $250,000-$500,000

Schedule for the Dentist:
