Pay information…

• Guaranteed daily rate starting at $800/day during the orientation period (based on experience and clinical capabilities)
• Earn 32%+ adjusted production compensation, with opportunities to increase through the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay Program
• No cap on your earning potential

What We Require You Have…

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
