Pay information…

• Part‑time annual salary potential of $125,000 to $225,000 per year
• Earn a minimum of 32% of production based upon your experience and clinical capabilities
• Opportunism to earn performance‑based increases, including participation in the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay program that rewards you with increases to your percent of production based upon the clinical value you create

What We Require You Have…
